It is this simple to design your own piano:

Upload your image file using the image icon.
Adjust your image the way you like it best. You can enlarge the image, rotate it or vary the section of the image as well as the position within the defined area.
You can preview your instrument by clicking on the preview icon.
When you are satisfied with your result, download the image via the download icon or print the result.
Contact an authorized Schimmel dealer, who will be happy to provide you with an offer for your Customized Art Piano.
To order, your Schimmel dealer will first check the feasibility with us based on your design and image file. After an inspection and confirmation by the Schimmel production department, your Schimmel dealer can confirm your order. Depending on the current availability of the respective model, the lead time for Schimmel Customized Art instruments is between 3 and 12 months.

Technical Requirements

The image file must be in one of the following formats: PDF, JPG, PNG

The image file must be at least the following size: 300 dpi, min. 4000 Pixel (width & height)

The image file will be converted to CMYK. This can lead to colour deviations compared to what is shown on your screen.

Slight colour variations cannot be ruled out due to production reasons.

If the file has a transparent background and this is desired, this must be specified, and an appropriate file must be sent in PNG or TIF format. If this is not specified, the background will be created in black colour (slight variations from the colour tone of the piano lacquer possible) or white.

You are solely responsible for the content of the transferred image files. You must ensure that you have the necessary copyright, trademark or other rights for all transferred image files and the commercial use. Furthermore, you alone bear all consequences resulting from any violation of these rights.

You also warrant that the content of the transferred image files does not violate any applicable prohibitory standards, regulations or laws.
